Finally I have a way to pull in a new client, schedule a session and take payment ALL in ONE step!
As a photographer (I wear a few business hats) this has always been a bit of a stumbling block. You could do it in multiple steps BUT that was never ideal. The stinking point was always getting that date on the calendar and having it be paid for (not taking up calendar space without payment).
Having the ability to create a lead capture form with multi-page functionality that looks fabulous (pretty much right out of the box) and does all this:
- gives my potential client information right up front about the service (with text, images and/or video!)
- requires them to pick their session package. (1)
- requires them to scheduler their date/time. (2)
- requires them to PAY to book the session. (3 & 4)
has me happy dancing! It saves me time and effort and presents a smooth (& quick) process for my clients.
I honestly think it’s converting better that the multi-step old way – because my potential clients don’t get distracted half way through the process.
They can see it all up front, book in & are done until session time.
I’m not wasting time on phone or video consults for session that do not really require it (lower cost service) and my clients can get automated follow-ups prior to their session to make sure they are properly prepped.
