How Does the Group Setup Program Work?

Week 1

We will cover Modules 1 – 4

  • Key Functionality inside Dubsado
  • Mapping your Service Process – Step by Step
  • Account Settings & Services Setup
  • Familiarization with Dubsado

Week 2

We will cover Modules 5 – 7

  • Start you setup in earnest!
  • You’ll set up your emails, schedulers and start on your forms
  • Contract, Lead Form and Questionnaires will all be set up!

Week 3 (& wk 4)

We will cover Modules 8 – 9

  • Build out of your proposal form(s)

Did you catch that (s) bit? Yeah, you will know exactly what you need for your consulting services from the mapping process and follow one of the Sleep Coach blueprints* I’ll give you in the course! *No worries if your biz doesn’t quite fit into one of my setup blueprints – you’ll be able to bounce your unique take off my in our group chat tool or on a weekly coaching call.   We actually take 2 weeks for this step to ensure everyone gets their emails & forms built out before we move to workflows

Week 5 (& 6)

We will cover Modules 10 – 12

  • Workflow Build time!
  • You’ll learn how to work your client projects – with & without workflows.
  • “Go Live” with your Dubsado setup (if you haven’t eased into it bit by bit as you’ve moved through the course/program ( ‘Cause you can totally start using parts of it as early as week 2!)
  • Resource module for troubleshooting all the common 😕😠😤 moments when learning to use a new system – and it’s quirks 😉🙃

What is the time Commitment?

Weeks 1, 2 & 4 are around 2.5 hours of content commitment, Week 3 is only 40 mins. 

Each week there will be an 1 hour long Q&A Group Zoom Call. I highly recommend attending to get the most out of the group coaching aspect of the program.  Calls will be recorded and questions can be submitted both for the call if you can’t attend or in the Slack – our Group chat tool.  

All weeks will include some business “homework” aspects outside of watching (or doing along side me setup). But depending on how much of your processes are ready to go (emails, questions for your intake forms etc., this time will vary –  it may just be the time it takes to build them in Dubsado  or the time to compose and then build.  Weeks 2 & 3 are more heavy on the form building.  Thus – less course material for week 3. 

I would plan on 4 – 6 hours per week. *psst – and no hard feelings if you speed up the videos to save yourself a bit of time. (I am totally understandable at 1.5 speed….just saying 🙃)

At the end of the course/program (possibly even sooner) you’ll have a functioning Dubsado! Going forward you will have the skills to refine and tweak your setup as your business grows just by working this course!!

Nope! You’ll have access to all of it from day one. With life-time access to future updates.

Mostly Video with text summary and screenshots below for illustration where it makes sense. (I love me some visuals). There are some downloads for reference. But I’m not one to force folks to kill trees with fillable printouts.

Yes! There is a two pays of $510 for the payment plan. Second payment will be auto charged 1 month after the 1st.

Day/Time TDB -depends on time zones of Group participants. 

Yes. They will not be added to the course but I will have them up online in another tool and give access to them likely with in 3 days of the call.

We will have a Group Slack Space for all communications – announcements and any and all Q&A.

You can also direct chat me in Slack if desired.

Then you won’t get your Dubsado setup in 4 (-6)  weeks.  Really that is all that will happen. You can continue to work the course for as long as you need – it ‘s yours forever.

The next Group Setup Program will be offered Nov 7 – Dec 30, 2022. Doors will open Nov 2nd. If you’d like to be on the early bird access list you can sign up here. Yes, I find that smaller cohorts work better for me so each Group Cohort will be limited to 8 participants.
