The Dubsado projects dashboard is your client hub.
You can create a customize status for each step in working with you. Dubsado divides them into Leads and Jobs.
Once those statuses are setu up on your client pipeline they can then be used to filter your Leads or Jobs project list by just that status!

Custom Mapped fields in Dubado allows you to capture data on a Client or Project. This data can be used for internal tracking OR as smart fields in emails and forms sent via Dubsado.
Create short text fields or date field for your data and either enter in manually on your client project or capture the data via question mapping on a client facing form. Your client's responses are mapped to the custom mapped fields when the fill out the form!

Because Dubsado and Honeybook are so close in feature sets (and trials are free) you should definitely run both tools through some testing to see which tool fits your needs best and which to LIKE using. Because… let’s face it, if you don’t like the look and feel of a tool – you likely won’t be jazzed about using it daily!
Honebook’s features are very similar but their is no custom field personalization for email templates (example no referring to child or pet name in an email sent to your client). If this feature is a must have for your biz – Dubsado is your TRUE love CRM.
However if your process is a bit more flexible Honeybook might be a contendor for your efficiency heart as it’s form design is supported by layout blocks that you can mix and match to make designing Honeybook smart files (multi-page & purpose forms) dead simple (even for the design challenged!) and super FAST!!
